Sessions
Energy Healing Sessions.
- 60 minute session is 20-30 minutes of intake/guidance time. With 30 to 40 minutes of energy work.
- 90 minute session is 20-30 minutes of intake/guidance time with 50-60 minutes of energy work.
What to expect:
I offer a safe space for you to come, relax and let go. For you, I want the healing to begin the minute you walk in the door. If this is your first appointment, I will have you fill out an intake form. We will have a conversation and you can tell me what is going on with you on the inside and with life. Any guidance I feel in the moment I will share. I will give you a brief description of what your energy body is and how it can cause havoc in your life. I like to use Reiki, Aromatherapy, Crystals and Sound Therapy during the session to enhance the healing experience.
Once we have an intent for your healing, you will climb up onto the table fully clothed. Unless your getting massage then you will undress.
You will:
- Relax and lye comfortably on the table.
- I will take you through a brief meditation to help bring you to the present moment so you get the optimal benefit from the healing.
- After that, relax, breathe and enjoy.
I then start to channel Reiki and use my abilities as an intuitive and empath to feel and sense what is happening with your body. If I get messages and feel your blocks I will verbalize them during the session. If something comes up for you during the session and would like to speak about it, feel free.
During a session you may experience:
- You may feel heat or coolness.
- You may see colors in your minds eye.
- Experience random thoughts these are messages you are receiving.
- Experience emotions or pain,
- feel the need to breath deeply, or your body might twinge.
These are all signs the Reiki is working. You may not feel anything and that is also normal. The Reiki energy is still working. There is some hands on and hands off techniques. After the session we will go over what came up and I will share with you my wisdom and recommendations for you to continue your journey when you leave.
Remote Energy Healing Sessions
You may experience your intuitive healing session in the comfort of your own home! Reiki is channeled to you from the practitioner wherever she may be.
Heres how a Long Distance Session goes:
I will call you at the designated appointment time via phone call or Zoom. I will follow the same intake/guidance process as we would if this was an in person session. When the session gets started, It is recommended for you to lie down comfortably with a pillow under your head and knees if you wish, this promote optimal energetic flow. You could also cover up with a blanket, play some music, light candles. Do whatever you would like to feel comfortable during your session. And not be disturbed.
Who can benefit from a Remote Energy Healing Session
- Busy professionals that dont have time to come in for an in person session.
- In home caregivers who are not always able to leave the house as easily due to caregiving responsibilities.
- Individuals who are suffering from mental and emotional distress would feel more comfortable in their own home to receive their healing.
- People who are suffering from illness and cant leave the home.
- Spiritual seekers and Wellness enthusiasts.
Energy work & Massage Therapy Blend
- 110 minute sessions include 20 minutes of intake/guidance. With 50-60 minutes of massage therapy and 30-40 minutes of energy work.
- 140 minutes sessions are 20 minutes of intake/guidance. With 60-90 minutes of massage and 45-60 minutes of energy work. I use my intuition to guide me.
Reiki and Massage are great blended together. Its like peanut butter and chocolate! You will receive a full body massage with medium to firm pressure. I will work deeper if need to work out tighter spots. But the goal for this session is to have the energy work and relaxing massage take care of the pain.

Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are used during the massage. Along with regular massage therapy stones are utilized by the therapist to help your muscles loosen and deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating. I blend a mix of hot stone massage, relaxation massage and deep tissue work as needed to help achieve the ultimate in muscle relaxation and release.
